After only 14 months since the new alignment and the official launch of the business activities in the customer service area of Certus Solutions GmbH, we are able to look back on a successful year. Our customers and partners have recognized that we, as a professional customer service centre, are able to offer services of the very highest quality to their respective end consumers.

Further recommendations and word-of-mouth advertising thereby speak volumes for our way of working and company policy too. We have now already had to expand our employee numbers at the customer service centre in Pristina by a further 30 jobs from August. We were able to quickly expand our capacities thanks to the fact that a floor above us in our existing office building became free. We were therefore able to increase the working space to more than 600 m2. We increased our staffing levels to around 140 employees. Yet the search for more qualified customer consultants continues.
